The best solution is to get away for a while, take a break from what you are doing. It isn’t always possible to leave the office to take a break, but it is possible to switch to online games on your computer for a while.

Studies have revealed that even thirty minutes of playing online games a day can be a huge stress buster. If you take breaks in between your work to play games for about ten minutes each break, it can do wonders for your state of mind. Online games take your mind off work and take you into a different world altogether. After this much needed break your mind is able to function more effectively and therefore increases your productivity.

Online games help to beat stress for several reasons. They are able to give you a break from what you are doing without you having to leave your desk, like in office for instance. It is not always possible to leave your office or home to take a long walk or go shopping, which is another great stress buster that comes to my mind! It is also not a very good idea to douse your self in coffee or alcohol to try and beat stress. This only adds to your discomfort and makes matters worse.
